What We’re Looking For:

A Restoration Technician plays a hands-on role in the field, ensuring that every job is handled with precision, professionalism, and compassion. This position requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, sometimes challenging environments.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Performing water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and fire/smoke cleanup

• Using restoration equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, HEPA filters, etc.) safely and effectively

• Assisting in demolition, cleaning, and site preparation for rebuild

• Documenting work performed with accuracy and attention to detail

• Providing excellent customer service while working in clients’ homes and businesses

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments (confined spaces, heights, outdoor conditions)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Previous restoration or construction experience a plus (IICRC certification is highly valued, but training will be provided)
