All service appointments, estimates, and restoration work are subject to availability and approval. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, and adjust pricing based on job complexity, site conditions, or location.
Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the information available at the time of the request and may change following an on-site inspection. By requesting our services, you acknowledge that final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work required. Additional charges may apply for emergency service calls, after-hours labor, or projects requiring extended time. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
