What We’re Looking For:
Success begins with communication, and a strong Customer Success Manager provides that clarity. By combining organizational skills, empathy, and industry knowledge, you’ll guide clients through the restoration process from start to finish. You’ll help families and businesses feel confident that they’re in good hands.
Key areas of focus include:
Transparent updates on project timelines and progress
Clear explanation of insurance processes and coverage
Coordinating between clients, technicians, and adjusters
Ensuring each client’s needs and concerns are heard and addressed
The Right Candidate Will Have:
Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical work in simple, reassuring terms.
Organization: Strong project management and scheduling abilities to keep jobs on track.
Problem Solving: Proactive in resolving concerns and anticipating client needs.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is a plus (training provided).
People-First Mindset: A natural ability to empathize with clients during stressful times.
